Natalie joined Dowgate as Head of Compliance and MLRO in September 2024 where she manages and oversees the compliance department and be the main point of contact with the FCA.
Natalie has over 20 years of experience within the industry and has held various compliance roles at Pearl Assurance, BNP Paribas and Ravenscroft. She is a member of CISI and winner of the inaugural CISI Compliance Professional Award in 2013.
