Russell joined the Corporate Finance team at Dowgate in mid 2021, having spent most of his City career in the Corporate Broking world, advising companies on all aspects of a stock market listing, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, shareholder relations and regulatory compliance.
During Russell’s 35-year career, he has worked closely with many clients across a number of sectors, but with a particular focus on Technology, Industrials and Manufacturing.
In his free time, Russell enjoys long distance hill walking events, and watching all sports but in particular rugby, cricket and racing.
