Charlie joined Dowgate in 2023 with over 15 years’ experience in corporate and commercial finance and M&A, both as an advisor and on the company side. Prior to Dowgate, he has 9 years’ experience at Marwyn Partners, 5 years’ at Nexus Corporate Finance and was M&A Director and CFO for an e-commerce buy-and-build vehicle. He enjoys working closely with high growth companies as they scale and advises both private companies on their journey to IPO and public companies.
